Position:

Circle Valve Tech is looking for bright and dependable Customer Service Specialist at our office in Harleysville, PA. Qualified candidates will have strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills, an aptitude with web based applications and possess effective time management skills. A high level of dependability and strong attention and focus to detail will be required to ensure the team’s maximum efficiency.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must be able to work between the hours of 8am & 5pm, Monday-Friday
  • Be highly motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Possess an eagerness to learn our products
  • Possess strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills a must
  • Strong attention and focus to detail
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems and arrive at logical solutions efficiently
  • Good data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Aptitude with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and other web-based applications
  • Able to acquire the expertise, knowledge and information to effectively solve the position’s issues
  • Will take strong initiative with calls and helping customers
Key Accountabilities:
  • Assists customers in the selection of product by effectively communicating product offerings over the phone and through email
  • Utilize effective probing and listening skills to generate lead opportunities. Identify and respond to cross-sell opportunities, and the ability to convert inquiries into orders
  • Audit and process orders for completeness, communicate discrepancies
  • Identify and resolve customer problems promptly and accurately
  • Work effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish goals and identify problems
  • Performs data entry and data quality functions
Experience:
  • Prior customer service experience preferred

Outside Sales Representative | PA & Surrounding Area

Position:

Circle Valve Technologies, Inc. needs outside Technical industrial sales representatives. Technical sales background (valves, fittings, measurement control devices, filtration, etc.) required. This is a relationship-based sales role. If you have a background in industrial distribution and are the kind of person who can talk with everyone from upper level executives to the maintenance man on the shop floor then we want to talk with you!


Requirements:

As an Independent Sales Representative, you must be highly self-driven with an exceptional work ethic and a strong drive to succeed. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to superior customer service.

Three to five years of successful technical sales or outside sales experience in industrial sales with a proven track record and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.

This candidate must enjoy working independently with remote supervision and must be self-motivated. This position requires strong presentation and communication skills and a solid customer service attitude.

Travel: 50% within the territory

Position:

Circle Valve Technologies, Inc. needs industrial sales representatives. Technical sales background (valves, fittings, measurement control devices, filtration, etc.) required. This is a relationship-based sales role. All earnings are uncapped – your income is limited only by your ability to network and prospect for new customers and to grow your existing accounts. If you have a background in industrial distribution and are the kind of person who can talk with everyone from upper level executives to the maintenance man on the shop floor then we want to talk with you!


Requirements:

As an Independent Sales Representative, you must be highly self-driven with an exceptional work ethic and a strong drive to succeed. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to superior customer service.

Three to five years of strong sales presence in outside industrial sales with proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.

This candidate must enjoy working independently with remote supervision and must be self-motivated. This position requires strong presentation and communication skills and a solid customer service attitude. This is a commissions-only position with no cap on your potential earnings.
